Glacial wing mount drill jig .stl file. Use this file to 3D print your own drill jig. The jig will ensure the holes are accurately and squarely drilled.

We machined our jig from aluminium but it can also be 3D printed with PETG material.

This is a digital product. Once your order has been confirmed, an email will be sent to you with a link to the file. The file will be in a .zip format that will require uncompressing to access the .stl file. The .stl file can then be used in your favourite slicer program to suit your 3D printer.

The wing mount holes on the Glacial are 3mm diameter. The drill bit used will be 3mm diameter. Make sure you use sharp drill bits!

The jig will largely self align on the bottom wing. On the top will try to centralise on the bosses to be drilled and use a ruler to make the jig parallel to the canopy rear section. Once the first hole is drilled, insert an M3 screw to ensure the jig doesn't move. Then drill the second hole.
