Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), most products and services purchased in Australia come with automatic guarantees that the items or services will work and do what you asked for. Rather than repeat what the ACL States, we ask that you refer to the NSW Fair Trading website for more information on your rights as a consumer.


In most cases, the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) warranty would be used to take care of manufacturing defects or failures. Where possible, Precision Aero Products will work with the OEM or Australian distributor to either repair or replace the item for you. Please refer to the warranty conditions that came with your product for coverage and warranty duration.


Before making any claim for a refund, please contact us.

Precision Aero Products will give you a full refund (including postage to you) within 30 calendar days of purchase. To receive a refund, the product will need to be returned to Precision Aero Products in unused condition and in the original packaging. Return postage or freight cost will be to the Customers account (unless we have shipped the wrong item to you). On receipt of the returned product we will process your refund as agreed. Generally speaking, the refund method will be the same as the method used to pay for the product.


Precision Aero Products Pty Ltd limits its maximum liability to the original purchase price for the product or service including shipping if applicable. We will not be held liable for any other claims.
