Shipping policy

Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Some oversized or special-order items may not display a rate at checkout — contact us and we'll arrange shipping.

Oversized items Model boxes are large and aren't accepted by Australia Post. Contact us for a shipping price to your address. If we're ordering in a kit for you, it will normally be drop-shipped directly to you, which reduces costs to you.

International shipping We ship to quite a few countries and regions around the world. Estimated delivery is 3–21 business days depending on the chosen shipping option, destination, and customs processing. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Duties, taxes & customs (international) For most international destinations, any import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and may be collected on delivery. For US orders, applicable import tariffs are shown at checkout and paid by us before your order arrives — so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Customs processing may add to delivery times.

Expedited shipping via DHL or FedEx is available on request — contact us for a quote.

Tracking & lost or delayed shipments A tracking number is provided once your order ships. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll help resolve it. We keep track of all orders until successful delivery.

Incorrect address / failed delivery Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. Reshipment may incur additional charges.
