The Velar is the biplane from Alexis Roumet and Stephane Carrier, built by Hui Yang and announced in November 2024 — the newest aircraft in the range. It runs a 1680 mm span on a 1970 mm fuselage and takes an AS Design/GEMFAN Hurricane F3A drive or a contra drive.
Empty weight is 2350 g before accessories and undercarriage, with 87 dm² of wing area across the two wings.
