The PowerBox Batt Life Guard 2S is a compact discharge unit designed for 2S and 3S Li-Ion and LiPo batteries. It prevents battery degradation during storage by automatically discharging packs to a safe 3.8V per cell storage voltage.
Simply plug the unit into the battery connector; the electronic circuit detects if the voltage is above the harmful threshold and gently discharges the pack over several hours. An integrated LED indicates active discharging, and the unit switches off automatically once the storage voltage is reached, consuming virtually zero idle current.
